Caleb Oakley of Heritage Restorations of Waco is framed in the back door of a historic 19th-century log cabin that has been moved from its original location near Carlos to a new foundation at Boonville Heritage Park. The cabin was taken down piece by piece over the past month and after some restoration work and repairs on the wood that was salvageable, is being rebuilt to house a museum at the park.
